Unfortunately our educational system is not built to see the child as a whole. I think it is essential to be transparent with our children and educate them that there are many aspects of human development. Noticing the gap in the educational system I have created an art program which will introduce students to this important topic. I understand that introducing children to human development can be a tricky task but with the age appropriate language and fun art activities children can understand that we all have abilities to change and grow throughout our lives.
